SMOK have created an innovative pod vape once again with the new SMOK RPM40 kit. If you like the performance of a box mod but want the portability of a pod system then this is the product for you. The SMOK RPM40 out the box has a massive 4.3mL vape juice capacity to help you get more vaping time between refills.

Unlike the other SMOK pod vapes the RPM 40 pods has a rubber plug which opens sideways rather than upwards. The design of these rubber plugs has improved with more recent releases and we've noticed a large decline in leakage.

In a completely new design the boxy mod has beveled edges to make it nicer to hold. An increase in size means that the RPM40 has enough space for a TFT color screen. As you would expect on any modern vape mod the screen displays all your crucial vaping data. There are 6 colors to pick for the User Interface which displays wattage, resistance, voltage, battery level and a puff counter.

SMOK are masters of minaturizing batteries in their pod systems. In the RPM40 they've added a massive integrated 1500mAh battery, enough to last even the most consistent vapers a whole day. It also features fast charging, 75% charge after only 2 hours.

RPM40 pods have been redesigned to allow for the increase in vapour production. The mouthpeice is wider so that it mimics the drip tip of a traditional box mod make the RPM40 the perfect pod system for big clouds and collosal flavor.

The RPM40 has pod options too. In the kit there are RPM pods which use the RPM coils and a Nord Pod which, you guessed it, uses Nord replacement coils. You can easily tell the difference between the two, RPM pods and coils feature red fittings whereas the Nord features clear and black.

There are 4 RPM coil options, Mesh. O.4 Ohm, Triple 0.6 Ohm, Quartz 1.2 Ohm Coil and single 1.0 Ohm.

If you have a RPM Nord Pod you can choose from the excellent Nord replacement coil family. Currently there are 4 coil options, 1.4 Ohm ceramic for longer lasting performance. A regular 1.4 Ohm coil, 0.8 Mesh and a 0.6 Ohm Mesh Coil. There will be a new Quartz coil released in the near future so with Nord coils you have a coil to suit every style of vaping.

The new IQ-R chip gives the RPM40 super fast (0.001s) firing speed and multiple protection features. These include high temperature protection, short circuit protection, 8 second cut-off and low voltage protection. A variable wattage pod system, the impressive wattage range fires from 1-40W.

Last but very much not least is the exciting announcement that SMOK are going to release an RPM RBA Coil. Designed by SMOK engineers to help you find the perfect vaping style you will be able to build your own coils for your RPM40. Vapers have been calling out for a rebuildble pod vape and with the RPM40 you'll be able to do exactly that.
